If you don't have your health, you don't have anything. I see this at work every day, but have sadly neglected it in my own life. Over the past few years I've moved to a better diet and more awareness of the kinds of foods that I eat. Despite this, I've remained overweight, for years now. I don't want this to be a 'diet' blog, but more of a documentation of my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Most of my posting will revolve around clean eating, exercise,gardening, and healthy family activities. My desire is to get healthy and stay healthy, and pass the habits and practices down to my kiddos. The bloggy world is a wonderful thing, and a wealth of information. I'm looking forward to lots of inspiration from those who know far more than I do. So without further ado, let's get started!
